Weekly Chapter Quiz

To encourage students to keep up with this fast-paced course, a quiz, generally on Tuesdays during full semester, or daily during Maymester, will be available on for the chapter assigned for the current week/day. As with the Failure Case quizzes (generally due on Thursdays regular semester, as assigned during Maymester), each quiz is worth ten points. There will be 15 quizzes, one on each chapter of the book. Students are required to take the quiz prior to Tuesday classes [as assigned for Maymester] for which the chapter is assigned, as scheduled in. There are ten multiple choice questions, each worth one point, for a total of ten points. Fifteen quizzes, 10 points each, 150 points total per the syllabus. Keep you piggy bank full of chapter quiz points!

This is the single area where students screw up in this course. They don’t plan ahead. Their Internet connection crashes or is not available. They forget etc. I’ve heard them all and am rather calloused against lame excuses for not taking the quizzes and doing well.
