Elevator Pitch

Based on the
Comprehensive Concept Statement to be submitted last day of class, each team is
required to prepare and present a 90 second Elevator Pitch to “Donald Trump.”
The pitches will be made by a single member of a given team as selected by
members of the team. All other team members will be present “on the elevator”
during the pitch in a supporting cast role; only the chosen team member
pitches. This “Pitch” acts as the invitation for a full CCS six minute
presentation last day of class. That is to say, you meet by accident a CRV rep
in an elevator, make a pitch, and CRV invites you to their digs for a six
minute presentation of your CCS.
Contest
evaluation specifics will be provided via Moodle.
What’s in it
for you? The winning team may win a hundred dollar bill, and an extremely neat custom
t-shirt from Zazzle. Additionally, each team member will receive 10 extra credit
points. In many cases, this is sufficient to raise an individual’s final grade
one letter grade. NOTE! -> Only team members present for the pitch share in
the $100 and 10 extra points for the winning team. If your team wins and you
are absent, no $$$, no bonus, no t-shirt.
